MCO 23890 | 3M Neutral Quat Disinfectant Cleaner Concentrate 23H
3M™ Neutral Quat Disinfectant Cleaner Concentrate 23 is a concentrated product to be diluted and dispensed using the 3M™ Twist ‘n Fill™ Cleaning Chemical Management System.

This product is a multi-purpose, neutral pH, germicidal detergent and deodorant effective in hard water up to 400 ppm (calculated as CaCO3) in the presence of 5% organic serum according to the AOAC Use-dilution Test.
3M™ Neutral Quat Disinfectant Cleaner Concentrate 23 disinfects, cleans and deodorizes in one labor-saving step. The ready-to-use solution contains 660 ppm quat, and at that level is effective against a broad spectrum of bacteria and viruses*, (including Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C and HIV-1, the AIDS virus).

Applications:
Use on washable, hard, nonporous surfaces in:
- Hospitals, nursing homes, healthcare facilities, medical and dental offices, nurseries and day care centers
- Schools, exercise facilities, locker rooms, showers and restrooms
- Restaurants, bars, institutional kitchens and food processing plants
- Veterinary clinics, kennels, pet shops and farms

For use in hospitals. EPA-registered Disinfectant cleaner kills HIV-1, MRSA, VRE, herpes simplex I and II, and other pathogens. Rinse-free, low foaming, neutral pH formula. High flow for use in filling buckets. 2 liter concentrate bottle yields 120 ready-to-use gallons.

General Use Directions:
It is a violation of Federal Law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.
This product is not to be used as a terminal sterilant or high level Disinfectant on any surface or instrument that (1) is introduced directly into the human body, either into or in contact with the bloodstream or normally sterile areas of the body, or (2) contacts intact mucous membranes but which does not ordinarily penetrate the blood barrier or otherwise enter normally sterile areas of the body. This product may be used to pre-clean or decontaminate critical or semi-critical devices prior to sterilization or high-level disinfection.
