Cimex Steel Cutter Scarifiers: This surprisingly effective scarifying tool with pointed steel scarifier teeth for grinding steel, concrete, and asphalt. It is designed for the removal of paint, mastics, thin-set, resins, tar, fiber glass, specialty coatings, industrial buildups, and rubber carpet backing and also for light profiling of concrete and steel in preparation for coating seal and/or paint.
