Designed to hold and dispense two packs of seat covers (KCC 07410, sold separately). Center-located dispensing lever. Replaceable lock with push-button option. Hinged front cover with key guard to prevent theft (key incl.) Durable plastic construction. Mounting screws included. When installed properly, these dispensers meet the ADA Standards for Accessible Design. 17-1/2w x 3-1/4d x 13-1/4h.
