If we ship the wrong product, Please list your order number, the product you received, the product you ordered. You will be contacted immediately and we will make it right at no expense to you.
We understand that product can become damaged in shipping. Damage claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of product. You are responsible for inspecting and accepting products upon delivery. The customer can reject and return any portion of an order that is damaged or defective.
All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) number. Requests must provide the following information. Order #, Item(s) to be returned, and reason for return.
All returned products must be in the original shipping cartons, complete with all packing and associated materials.
RA requests must be requested within 15 days of receipt.
The product must be unused.
Carton must not be marked in any way.
For returns due to customer error (such as ordering the wrong item, canceling after shipping or refusing shipment); merchandise must be returned at customers expense in re-saleable condition. upon receipt, credit will be given in the amount of the original order less a 25% restocking fee and outbound freight.
